To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping over AED 150 and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.Items may be exchanged for another product of equal value. If you choose a product of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement product is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
